Meet Siri.

Siri is a UX researcher and strategist with deep expertise in human-centered design, qualitative methods, and the social dynamics of communication. With a PhD in the study of language and social interaction, she brings an ethnographic lens to her work—translating nuanced human behavior into insights that inform product strategy, user experience, and innovation.

Trained as an ethnographer and skilled in both foundational and evaluative UX methods, Siri is known for her ability to adapt and develop research approaches tailored to each client’s unique needs. Since 2012, she has conducted hundreds of studies with research participants around the world, leading initiatives for clients such as NASA, Sonos, Amazon, Microsoft, Google, and Meta.

Siri’s research interests include conversational interfaces, multimodal experiences, and the evolving role of qualitative methods in digital product development. She has published and presented at international conferences, sharing insights on methodology, design strategy, and emerging UX practices.

In her free time, Siri enjoys swimming, dancing, and exploring the rhythms of island life, where she resides, in the Pacific Northwest with her dogs—always curious about the subtle ways people connect, express themselves, and shape the world around them.
