At Segment, she brings a rare breadth of expertise—seamlessly blending executive management, market strategy, brand and product development, and customer experience innovation to help clients navigate complexity with clarity and confidence. She is passionate about leveraging emerging technologies—including AI—to accelerate discovery, deepen insights, and elevate human understanding across global audiences.

Throughout her career, Nickelle has held senior leadership roles at organizations such as Blink UX (Mphasis), Realtor.com (News Corp), Verve, and Active Network, where she led global product innovation, UX strategy and marketing across martech, media, real estate, and edtech sectors. From launching digital platforms at scale to shaping revenue strategies for both emerging ventures and enterprise brands, her leadership blends business acumen with creative foresight.

An entrepreneur at heart, Nickelle built and scaled a top-performing real estate company during the early 2000s tech downturn—expanding its regional franchise network through strategic marketing, sales leadership, and operational excellence. She has also lived and worked abroad, including a formative chapter in Paris, where she immersed herself in the culture and developed the cross-cultural fluency that continues to shape her global perspective.

Nickelle lives in Southern California and thrives on wellness, plant-based living, playing the piano, and exploring the outdoors. She cherishes time with her two adult children and finds constant inspiration in discovering new cultures through travel.
