Meet Melanie.

Melanie is a marketing strategist and research moderator with 30+ years of experience working on some of the world’s most iconic brands.  She began in brand marketing and advertising at companies including Disney, Quaker Oats, and Dr Pepper/Seven-Up, before moving into consulting and executive coaching — where she's spent over 30 years partnering with leaders and organizations to drive real, human-centered change.  “My career has been defined helping organizations, brands, and people find clarity — cutting through complexity to get to the heart of what matters."

Her work has taken her across continents, cultures, and corporate structures — from international qualitative research studies to global leadership programs.  She's worked with teams in Europe, Asia, and Latin America, and brings a strong cross-cultural lens to everything she does. She is described as a curious observer — always looking for the small insights that make a big difference.

In addition to her marketing and research work, Melanie has extended her influence coaching leaders in organizations across a broad spectrum of industries.  She is also a longtime lead facilitator and leadership coach at Rice University, her undergraduate alma mater, where she supports both staff and students. Great research and supporting growth in leaders are both rooted in passionate curiosity.

Melanie is energized by beauty, simplicity, and connection that shows up in her love of home renovation and design, entertaining at home with family and friends, and hiking in the beautiful mountains in Arizona.

Melanie lives in Paradise Valley, Arizona, with her husband and two puppies.
