Meet Keri.

Keri is a nationally recognized leader in aging and innovation, with over 15 years of experience advancing inclusive, person-centered solutions for older adults and caregivers. Her work spans healthcare IT, digital inclusion, user experience, and global strategic sourcing—driven by a commitment to equity and meaningful impact. Named a 2025 “Advocate for Aging” by Next Avenue, she helps organizations design thoughtful services, products, and programs that enhance quality of life across the aging spectrum.   

Keri brings a rare blend of on-the-ground experience and systems-level strategy. She served as Director of Strategy Execution at ClearWellness, guiding the development of a tech-enabled coaching platform that leverages wearable data to support healthy aging and independent living.  

Her previous roles include Director at Blink UX, where she led research and service design engagements focused on accessibility and inclusion, and Digital Inclusion Manager for a Silicon Valley Area Agency on Aging, where she spearheaded smart home device distribution and conducted research on technology adoption and social isolation.  

An American Society on Aging (ASA) RISE Fellow and leader of the program’s equity design practicum, Keri has also served as a Chapter Ambassador for Aging2.0, Sacramento County Adult & Aging Commissioner, and board member of digitalLIFT, promoting adult digital literacy. She chairs the “Health Reimagined” workgroup for Sacramento County’s Local Age & Disability Action Plan (LADAP), supporting California’s Master Plan on Aging and the WHO’s Age-Friendly Environments initiative. She is also an AARP Digital Fraud Fighter, facilitating support groups to protect older adults from scams and victims of financial exploitation.  

Keri’s global perspective is shaped by her experience living and working across six countries—including Japan, Germany, and Singapore—and managing multinational initiatives such as Hewlett-Packard’s enterprise procurement platform deployment across 13 Asia Pacific countries. She holds a Master’s in Pacific International Affairs from UC San Diego’s School of Global Policy & Strategy and has spent over a decade fostering international relationships through Sister City diplomacy, language instruction, and culturally attuned service design.  

In her consulting work, Keri offers expertise in global market research, service design, program management, inclusive design, and older adult recruitment—helping organizations craft accessible, impactful solutions that reflect the diversity and dignity of aging populations.  

In her free time, Keri enjoys spending time with her family, exploring new cultures, and sharing her love of language, food, and design.   Keri currently resides in Sacramento, California.
